The Nobel Peace Laureate Project could use your help to meet our goals of honoring and inspiring peacemakers. There are many options for you and your friends to assist in this project.
Offer your personal assistance
At this time we are seeking assistance in fundraising, publicity, and outreach. If you can help us in these or any other activities, please contact us.
Pledge a financial or in-kind contributions
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or making a pledge, please use our online contribution page or print and fill out the pledge card . Mail the pledge card to us along with your check made payable to “Nobel Peace Laureate Project” to NPLP, PO Box 21201, Eugene, OR 97402.
For those who wish to make a legacy or heritage donation, we are asking $5,000 to sponsor the plaque of a specific American Peace Laureate and $1,500 to sponsor a tree. Plaque Sponsors will have their name on the Peace Laureate's plaque while tree sponsors will have a paver engraved with a chosen name placed next to the tree.
Consult us about the availability of particular plaques. Each plaque will feature an image of the individual or logo of the organization; a description of what he/she did to merit the Nobel Peace Prize; and a quote by the Laureate.
The Peace Park site features a rock serpentine Wall of Peace. For a contribution of $23 one can become a sponsor of a Peace Rock in the Wall of Peace. Sponsors will be recognized appropriately.
In-kind contributions could include such things as volunteering time to help construct the site, donations of concrete, rocks, dirt, equipment and/or other commodities needed for construction of the Peace Park. For information about in-kind contributions or any other type of assistance, click here.
Endorse the project
If you or any interested organization to which you belong believe in the merits and goals of this project, please mail us a letter of endorsement. You (or the authorized representative of the organization) should please state that you (or the organization) endorse this project. We request that you also give us permission to use your name (or the name of the endorsing organization) in our fund raising efforts and to post it on this Website. And, please give us your, or the organization’s, full contact information so that we can verify and acknowledge the endorsement.
